Champion Cooling Systems Warranty & Return Policy

Lifetime Warranty: Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturer defects under normal use for products labeled with a lifetime warranty. It is valid only for the original purchaser, and any claim requires proof of purchase. The warranty excludes wear and tear, collision damage, installation errors, and modifications.

Standard Warranty: Other products are covered for 12 months from the delivery date.

Exclusions:

• Warranty void if used for commercial, off-road, or racing applications.
• Corrosion (external or internal), misuse, or negligence.
• Engine temperature system failure or improper installation.

Non-Covered Items:

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
• Incidental costs like towing, lodging, or replacement vehicle rentals.
• Damage caused by overheating or improper fluid use.

Misuse: Tampering, misuse, or exceeding design tolerances voids the warranty.

Return/Exchange Policy:

• Shipping Damages/Lost Items: Submit an RMA within 14 days. Claims after 14 days are not eligible.
• Returns/Exchanges: Must be initiated within 60 days for incorrect, defective, or unsatisfactory items. Returns will be refunded or exchanged after approval. Shipping charges for returns are covered by us if there’s a manufacturing defect. Customers pay for return shipping for incorrect purchases.

Modified/ Custom /Polished Radiators: Non-refundable. 

Late Returns (after 60 days): Exchanges are allowed only if covered under warranty. A 20% restocking fee applies for exceptions. All returned items must be in original packaging and condition.

For all warranty or return claims, the necessary documentation and proper installation proof are required.
